Terms and Conditions
At SAS Indian Hair, we offer flexible and secure payment options to serve our clients worldwide.
Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Business or Personal Checks, all major Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Drafts, Bank Wire Transfers (TT), PayPal, and Western Union.
Order Policy: A 50% advance payment is required to confirm all bulk and custom orders. The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch of the goods. All products remain the property of SAS Indian Hair until full payment has been received.
Late Payments: If a payment agreement is in place, any outstanding balance beyond the due date will incur an interest charge of 10% per month on the unpaid amount until the balance is fully settled.
Recovery of Unpaid Dues: SAS Indian Hair reserves the right to recover unpaid balances exceeding 30 days from the invoice date through collection agencies and/or legal action. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional administrative, legal, or court-related costs incurred.
